Requirements:​ Must be at least 18 years old, Enthusiastic, Dependable and be able to work in all weather conditions 

* 3 yrs minimum experience in landscape industry or more depending on position applying for

* Crew leader must speak English and have a clean California license. phone savvy in order to run routes, scheduled jobs etc. 

* Crew leader and labors it is essential to properly and safely operate gas powered equipment

* Ability to work all year round outdoors in all types of weather.

* Ability to follow instructions, work as a team and work independently if needed

* Have great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. while maintaining a polite, professional, friendly responsive demeanor with clients, guests etc.

* Must have reliable transportation.
