POLICIES

NO CONTRACTS 

we do not use contracts at unique landscape management unless client request a contract.
we believe our work speaks for itself. and if you wish to cancel service with us, simply provide us with a written notice, mail, or email, with 30 days . if you wish to skip a service on your scheduled service day simply call or email 48 hour prior service date .

NO SAME DAY SKIPS OR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND OR CREDITS TO ACCOUNTS . if there is any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us and will do our best to remedy the situation.

LOCKED GATES

we must have complete access to all service ares . there will be no refund or discount issued for inaccessible area due to locked gates.please leave service areas unlocked or supply a combination lock on your gates for your scheduled service days. 


PETS 

please  have pets secure on your service day. if your pet is not secured, we will make every attempt to ensure your loved one not escape, however we cannot be held responsible for pets that do escape.


BAD WEATHER / RAINY DAY 

if we are unable to service your property due to inclement weather conditions, we will adjust our schedule accordingly. however we will not suspend at any given time due to inclement in weather conditions and NO reduction in monthly billing will be given . if there are any questions or concerns regarding this matter please feel free to give us a call .
